Allan Clack
As the Founder, President, and CEO of Cascade Tel since 1990, I bring over 40 years of deep, hands-on experience in the Voice over IP (VoIP), telecommunications, and data networking industries. My career began in the early 1980s, and I’ve built a reputation for staying at the leading edge of communication technologies while delivering tailored, high-performance solutions across industries.
I’m a licensed low-voltage electrician with VoIP and PBX certifications from top vendors including Mitel, NEC, Zultys, AT&T, and Netgear. My technical background fuels a practical, solution-oriented leadership style — combining strategic vision with real-world expertise.
Cascade Tel specializes in custom-built telecom and data solutions with a focus on:

Mike Kruska
Telecommunications Professional With 29 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mike Kruska is a seasoned Sales Engineer specializing in Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, system design, and consultative solutions. Based in Bend, Oregon, Mike plays a key role at Cascade Tel, delivering innovative communication systems tailored to client needs.
Over the course of his career, Mike has earned a reputation for blending deep technical expertise with a people-first approach. His ability to design and implement reliable, forward-thinking solutions makes him a trusted partner across industries.
Outside of work, Mike is an avid golfer and outdoorsman who thrives in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Whether on the course or exploring the trails, he brings the same focus and passion to his personal pursuits as he does to his professional ones.

Brigette Gross
Bookkeeper & Office Manager
Brigette Gross has been a cornerstone of the team since November 2006, serving as Bookkeeper and Office Manager. She handles a wide range of essential responsibilities, including managing financial records, overseeing payroll and accounts payable, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions.
In addition to her financial and administrative expertise, Brigette also handles updates, routing changes, and troubleshooting of customer phone systems to keep communications running efficiently. Her technical know-how, paired with her deep institutional knowledge, makes her an invaluable resource to the entire organization.
Michael Armijo
Michael Armijo is a seasoned Telecommunications & Data Systems Engineer with over two decades of experience in the design, installation, programming, and maintenance of complex telecom and data systems.
He specializes in VOIP, SIP, PBX systems, LAN/WAN networks, and structured cabling design, and holds multiple industry certifications including Avaya, NEC, Mitel, and Certified Fiber Optic Technician.
With 19 years at Cascade Tel and 25 years of honorable service in the U.S. Army as a helicopter mechanic and crew chief, Michael brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to every project.
He also holds an FCC General Radio Telephone Operator License with a Ship Radar endorsement and has completed extensive U.S. government cybersecurity training. Outside of work, Michael enjoys building custom motorcycles.
